The global pandemic has had a knock on effect to all our lives whether we’ve been directly affected or not. We know how stress and anxiety can cause suffering in our lives and limit our true potential:  This course teaches us how we  build relaxation into our everyday busy lives through simple breathing techniques that calm the mind and generate a feeling of natural well being. No experience of mediation is required.
