Blue Monday is the most depressing day of the year. The combination of cold, dark evenings, failed new year resolutions, and an unforgiving return to the treadmill of work leave many feeling disturbed, anxious and unhappy.
Buddha has some good news about all this, however. He explained that depression and unhappiness are mental states that, with the right methods, we are able to completely overcome – even in the most difficult circumstances. Join us on this special course where we will learn how to practically apply these methods and totally beat the blues – not just on Blue Monday, but forever.
