Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have long-standing bad habits of thinking that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time. In this half-day course, Thomas Tozer will explain how to gain power to free our self from these negative emotions and instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.

Thomas has over 10 years’ experience of meditation and study within the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT). He has successfully completed many meditation retreats, studied under a number of senior NKT teachers and taught at various locations in the UK, including the University of York, Madhyamaka KMC and Manjushri KMC. Thomas is known and respected for his skill in presenting meditation topics in a way that is joyful, practical and down to earth.
