Sat 13 April | Finding Stillness Within – Half Day Retreat | 10am – 1.30pm | Kensington & Morden
Nowadays we have so many distractions that it is rare to enjoy even a few moments of peace. Through deepening our concentration we increase the power of our mind, our energy, our ability to fulfil our wishes and our inner peace. On this Urban Retreat we will engage in three retreat sessions emphasising the practice of meditation so that we can develop stillness and peace from within.
Everyone is welcome.
