Meditation is a practical method to transform our mind into a peaceful and positive state. One of the principal obstacles to effective meditation is the presence of stubborn busy distracting thoughts. These thoughts pre-occupy our mind and have a gravity that pulls us away from the experience of deep stillness and mental peace. In this meditation workshop you can learn special techniques that help you to overcome distractions in meditation and become a more proficient, stronger, and effective meditator.
