How to think big

Four Week Course Starting 2 July

Buddha taught both Sutra and Tantra to show us how we could transform all our experiences, good and bad, from the inside out, and how to use imagination, wisdom, and bliss to accelerate our spiritual growth. On this four-week series, you’ll discover how to:

Reimagine yourself as your highest potential—here and now
Transform everyday enjoyments into fuel for inner development
Deepen your compassion and confidence on the path to enlightenment
Understand how your mind creates your world—and how to purify it
Through guided meditations and practical teachings, each week will give you an empowering insight: you are probably closer to enlightenment than you think.

This course is suitable for all levels—whether you’re new to Buddhism or ready to deepen your practice—and offers a rare glimpse into the joyful, creative path of Tantra as a fast track to lasting inner change.

Week 1 – July 2: How to use enjoyments as spiritual fuel
Week 2 – July 9: How our mind creates our world
Week 3 – July 16: How to break through our self-limitations
Week 4 – July 23: How to become the person we want to be

Each session offers accessible and inspiring teachings, and guided meditations. No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore a new way of seeing yourself and the world. Join the whole series or just drop-in at any time – each class is self-contained.

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these meditation classes offer practical tools to help you stay balanced, focused, and inspired in daily life.

Next Series:

Where Can We Turn When Life Gets Hard?
3-week course starting 13 August

Week 1 – Aug 13: Where do we find real refuge?
Week 2 – Aug 20: Living with confidence and purpose
Week 3 – Aug 27: Remaining in refuge

Many of the things we rely upon for happiness and security can change unexpectedly, leaving us feeling anxious, disappointed, or lost. Is there anything we can do about this, anything in which we can always find refuge.

This month we will explore Buddha’s teachings on refuge in the Three Jewels — Buddha (like a doctor), Dharma (his teachings, like medicine for our suffering), and Sangha (the supportive spiritual community, like nurses). These three sources of protection always remain stable, whatever else happens in our life.
