Mon 20 Feb – Prayers for World Peace 3-4pm FREE (Kensington)

This is a free meditation class that gives us the opportunity to develop a warm and loving heart. It includes a guided breathing meditation, a short teaching and beautiful chanted prayers for world peace. Each class will cover a small section from the book ‘The New Eight Steps to Happiness’ to help us cultivate a mind of loving kindness. We will leave the class inspired to train in love, compassion and patience to turn every daily situation, even difficult ones, into opportunities for spiritual growth. Join us and feel empowered to change yourself and change the world. Everyone is welcome.
