In our weekly classes, you’ll learn techniques for calming the mind, staying positive, and reducing stress. Each session includes a guided meditation, a practical talk on topics like letting go of anger or improving relationships, and ends with a final meditation and discussion.

Gen Lekmon is an experienced teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT), having taught extensively for over 30 years in the UK and the East Coast of the United States. She has been an ordained Buddhist nun for 28 years and is known for the clarity of her teachings, and for her warm, kind hearted nature. She teaches with joy and humour, making the teachings practical and relevant to our daily life.
