Join us for a unique experience that combines a short, insightful talk with a soothing guided meditation, providing you with a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and nurture a peaceful mind.Our classes are created with your little ones in mind – they stay with you throughout the session.

After the meditation class you are welcome to join us for a refreshing drink and a chance to connect with other parents. Share your experiences, exchange tips, and build a supportive community that understands the unique journey of parenthood.

Kensington Teacher
Kelsang Drolkar
has been a Kadampa Buddhist nun for over 30 years. She is on the Teacher Training Programme at KMC London, with many years of experience teaching in Ireland and the UK. She is known for ability to clearly explain Buddha’s teachings, and how they can be applied to our daily life.

 

Morden Teacher
Rian Torres has over 20 years’ experience of meditation and study. She has successfully completed many meditation retreats, and has studied under a number of senior Kadampa teachers. Rian is admired for her infectious enthusiasm, sincerity, and love for meditation, and she presents meditation topics in a way that is practical, joyful and inspiring.
