Mantra means “mind protection”
For centuries, mantra recitation has been used to attain a peaceful and happy mind by pacifying the negative thoughts that give rise to our unhappiness. It is a simple method to enhance our mental peace and cultivate the positive qualities we need to stay peaceful in daily life. On this course, the meaning of mantra and instructions on how to combine mantra recitation with breathing meditation will be explained.
