There is no better method for tackling negative emotions at their root, no quicker method for experiencing inner peace, and no surer way of developing stable and lasting happiness.

Each class is self-contained and is also presented as part of a series. Drop in to any class you like. These classes are suitable for beginners and also those with experience of meditation.
