Meditation makes our mind peaceful and calm. When we meditate regularly we enjoy more inner peace and happiness. This series helps us learn various meditation techniques and improve the quality of our practice. The guided meditations and instructions will be based on three meditation CDs (also available as mp3 downloads): ‘Meditations for Relaxation’, ‘Meditations for a Clear Mind’ and ‘Meditations for a Good Heart’. The teachings will also include inspirational quotes from the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’.
No previous experience is required to benefit from these classes. Everyone is welcome to join at any point.
