Wed 29 Mar – Meditations for positive inner transformation with Gen Chodor 10am – 11am (in-person in Morden)

Meditation is something that everyone can learn and practice. Using the simple meditation techniques taught in these classes, you can develop a more positive outlook, feel more confident and happy, experience a reduction in stress and anxiety, and find greater meaning and purpose in life.

The classes consist of two meditations and include a short talk on meditation practice and how to keep a positive mind in daily life.

Each class is self-contained and you can drop-in to any class that is convenient for you. Everyone is welcome to attend. The meditation is done sitting on chairs (or you can sit on cushions if you wish) and we recommend you wear comfortable clothing for the classes!
