In these talks and guided meditations, we will learn how to move beyond the unhealthy emotions that difficulties often generate. Instead of feeling stuck, we will learn what it means to develop a natural confidence, inner flexibility, and resilience that empowers us to bounce back from adversity, in a way that leads to ever increasing personal growth, peace of mind, and ability to help others.

Each session offers accessible and inspiring teachings, and guided meditations. No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore a new way of seeing yourself and the world. Join the whole series or just drop-in at any time – each class is self-contained

She is a senior teacher of Kadampa Buddhism, has taught extensively in the UK and USA, and helped set up many thriving meditation centres since 1981. She is a leading expert in meditation and is regularly invited to teach courses around the Europe and the United States. For many years, one of her main jobs was to help with the editing and production of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books, and she has engaged in extensive meditation retreat.
