27-29 March 2020 | Finding Peace in a Troubled World | Vajrasattva Empowerment with Kadam Bridget Heyes

With the world in turmoil, there is now an increasing need for methods find inner peace, purify our mind and improve our capacity to help others. 

Out of his compassion Buddha specifically taught the practice of Vajrasattva to help people purify their minds thus eliminating the causes of their suffering and establishing the inner peace that is the true source of happiness. 

During this special weekend, international meditation teacher, Kadam Bridget Heyes will grant the empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva, which is like guided meditation, and give practical teachings on how we can find peace amidst our trouble world. 

About The Teacher
Kadam Bridget Heyes is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK and the principal teacher at Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre in Northamptonshire. She is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso who has been practising for over 25 years. 

Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way this is easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
