Anger and sad feelings can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us unsettled and disconnected from our natural peace of mind. When these emotions linger, they can strain our relationships and prevent us from fully enjoying life as it is. In this half-day course, we’ll explore how meditation and practical wisdom can help us meet difficulties with more understanding and kindness, instead of being pulled into painful habits of resentment or frustration.

Through guided meditations and clear explanations of Kadampa Buddhist teachings, we’ll learn how to truly let go of the past, release the grip of negative emotions, and discover the freedom that comes from moving on with an open heart. Whether you’re new to meditation or already have some experience, this course offers simple, effective methods you can start using right away to create more harmony within yourself and in your relationships.

Everyone welcome.
