FREE – drop-in classes

 

This free meditation class provides an opportunity to develop a warm, peaceful, and loving heart. It includes a guided breathing meditation and a short teaching on how to train in love, compassion, and patience, allowing you to turn every daily situation, even difficult ones, into opportunities for spiritual growth. Each class will cover a small section from the meditation book The New Eight Steps to Happiness. All are welcome to attend.

Kelsang Drolkar has been a Kadampa Buddhist nun for over 30 years. She is on the Teacher Training Programme at KMC London, with many years of experience teaching in Ireland and the UK. She is known for her ability to clearly explain Buddha’s teachings, and how they can be applied to our daily life.
