Join us for a restorative experience designed to help you relax and rejuvenate. The retreat features three guided relaxation meditation sessions, each tailored to help you unwind your mind and connect to your inner peace. Between sessions, relish the tranquility of a silent space, free from distractions and interruptions.

To enhance the retreat’s peaceful ambiance, the Kensington Centre will be closed to the public, ensuring a private and focused environment. Break times will be silent throughout the centre, so you can enjoy the quiet space to relax with a book and drink. Participants are encouraged to switch off their devices to fully rest and reflect. Silence helps us focus inward, manage mental chatter, and deepen our meditation experience.

Allow yourself the gift of silence and reflection, and return to the city feeling refreshed and centred.

Everybody welcome.
