How big is your mind? A two-foot square? The size of a small house? As big as London? None of those. Your mind is boundless. The scope of your awareness has no limits whatsoever. But we rarely – if ever – relate to it this way. In this meditation course we are going to dive into liberating meditations in which we come to experience the vastness and utter flexibility of our own mind. We’re not stuck in a small box at all. We all have the capacity to demolish this sense of limitation. The result? A level of freedom and well-being that we most likely have never before experienced.

Everyone welcome.
