As the year comes to a close, it’s natural to reflect on what’s been and what’s ahead. Sometimes, though, we can find ourselves holding on to past hurts, disappointments, or regrets, which makes it difficult to step forward with a clear and open heart. In this half-day course, we’ll explore how meditation and practical wisdom can help us release what no longer serves us and create space for new beginnings.

Through guided meditations and accessible teachings from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition, we’ll learn how to genuinely let go of the past and approach the year ahead with lightness, clarity, and renewed energy. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have experience, this is a wonderful opportunity to prepare for the New Year with a fresh perspective and a more peaceful, positive mind.

Everyone welcome.
