So many people these days suffer from anxiety. With so much daily bad news and personal uncertainty, is it really possible to let go of the painful emotions anxiety creates?

According to Buddha, yes it is!

In this course, through talks and guided meditations, we’ll learn how to begin establishing a peaceful place in our mind – a place of inner refuge. Gaining experience of this will help us not only let go of painful emotions, but also respond confidently and creatively to situations that would usually cause us fear. This opens the way to living fearlessly and joyfully, and being of real benefit to others, even when life is challenging.

Everyone is welcome—no prior meditation experience required.
