Amid the gentle rustle of leaves and the timeless beauty of royal grounds, take a moment to pause, reflect, and recharge.
The sessions are free but pre-booking is required. You will receive 20% off general palace admission, should you wish to continue your journey through Kensington Palace after the session. Discounted entry can be purchased on the day.
