Freedom from Painful Emotions
Meditation and the Key to Happiness
Holding on to painful feelings such as stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness causes us much unhappiness and stops us from being able to truly enjoy our life.

In this public talk and guided meditation, Kadam Morten will take us on inner journey enabling us to discover a natural source of peace and happiness within our own mind. Becoming familiar with this gives us the inner space and tools with which to begin to let go of our painful mental habits. This will not only empower us to deal more skilfully with life’s daily difficulties, it will open us to the potential for a profound and lasting happiness and inner freedom that exists within us all.

After the talk you are invited to stay for refreshments.

Everybody welcome.
