Let It Go: Freedom from Anxiety
Three Week Course Starting 5 May
Come along to this course to discover how to cope with life’s many challenges without panicking and find refuge in the natural peace already within your mind.
Whether occasional or regular, anxiety can feel overwhelming – like our thoughts are running the show and we’re stuck in cycles of worry. But we can use Buddha’s wisdom to understand that both our problems and the thoughts that fuel them are constantly changing and unfixed, so we don’t need to remain stuck. Our anxious thoughts don’t have to define us or control us—we can learn simple effective methods to let them simply arise and pass, breaking free
Week 1 – May 5: The vicious cycle of anxiety—and how to step out of it
Week 2 – May 12: How to access the peace within
Week 3 – May 19: Letting thoughts come and go without fear
Each session offers accessible and inspiring teachings, and guided meditations. No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore a new way of seeing yourself and the world. Join the whole series or just drop-in at any time – each class is self-contained.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these meditation classes offer practical tools to help you stay balanced, focused, and inspired in daily life.
