Keys to freedom: The three principal aspects of the path to enlightenment
Four Week Course Starting 2 June
What if deep and lasting happiness depended less on changing our circumstances than on changing our minds? And what if methods existed to do just that?
In this 4-week course, discover the 3 essential components of the Buddhist path: freeing yourself from stress and dissatisfaction, opening your heart to others, and seeing reality as it is. Through practical teachings and guided meditations, you’ll learn the basics for letting go of inner struggles, cultivating genuine loving-kindness, and developing a wisdom that leads to lasting peace
Week 1 – June 2: How to meditate
Week 2 – June 9: Renunciation: real self-love
Week 3 – June 16: Bodhichitta: the heart of compassion
Week 4 – June 23: Wisdom: seeing reality clearly
Each session offers accessible and inspiring teachings, and guided meditations. No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore a new way of seeing yourself and the world. Join the whole series or just drop-in at any time – each class is self-contained.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these meditation classes offer practical tools to help you stay balanced, focused, and inspired in daily life.
