Online meditation classes

These meditation classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience.

The classes consist of guided meditations and a short talk, helping you to find inner solutions to problems and develop a clear and peaceful mind. The Teacher will explain how to find a correct meditation posture and what to concentrate your mind on. Simply choose the class that you feel is suitable for you, relax and enjoy!

When you book you will receive an email with a link to watch the class. Online classes are available to watch for one week afterwards so you can choose a time that suits you.
