How to Let Go and Move On
A weekend of meditations and relaxation in Brighton
Do you like the idea of living in the moment? Is it possible to experience deep peace, freedom, and joy? Would you like to learn how to let go of anxiety about the future and hurt or anger from the past?
Buddha taught many methods for letting go of our mental baggage and finding new levels of happiness in our daily lives. One such method is embracing the changing nature of everything, including ourselves – everything changes, everything is changing moment by moment, and everything will keep changing. And there is nothing wrong with this if we can learn to go with the flow.
Join us for this inspiring and practical meditation retreat with Kadam Lucy James, who will share Buddha’s teachings and meditations on gross and subtle impermanence. Through this we can loosen our grip on our problems and what we consider to be our limitations, and be freed up to embrace every moment of our lives.
