Thomas will  teach in Kensington. Thomas has over 10 years’ experience of meditation and study within the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT). He has successfully completed many meditation retreats, studied under a number of senior NKT teachers and taught at various locations in the UK, including the University of York, Madhyamaka KMC and Manjushri KMC. Thomas is known and respected for his skill in presenting meditation topics in a way that is joyful, practical and down to earth.

Carr Ling will teach in Morden.
Carr has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. She makes the teachings clear, practical, and easy to relate to, helping students connect Buddhist wisdom with their everyday lives. Her warm and compassionate approach creates a welcoming environment for all.
