Who is it for?
These teachings are for everyone, whether you are new to meditation and just starting out, or have been meditating for a while and would like a refresher class to inject some renewed energy into your daily practice, or you simply enjoy meditating in a group with other people, then this is the course for you.

What to expect
Each class begins with a guided meditation, followed by step-by-step instructions on how to train our mind through meditation practice, and concluding with a second guided meditation. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

The benefits of meditation
The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. During this course series we will be exploring different meditation topics, such as various types of breathing meditation, love, compassion, patience and wisdom. We will learn and understand through our own experience how regular training in meditation we can develop special virtuous minds and improve our concentration, and have a lighter and happier approach to life. Thereby creating harmony and improving our relationships with others. Meditation is a life changing skill that empowers us to discover happiness from within our own mind.
