In these weekly classes you will learn proven techniques, based on Buddha’s teachings, for calming the mind, becoming more positive and focused, and reducing stress.
Each class begins with simple guided meditation (such as breathing meditation), followed by a practical talk on a topic such as how to make our mind peaceful, how to let go of anger, or how to develop a good heart towards others. In particular, the class will explain a particular method for practically solving our daily problems and improving our relationships with others. Then, the class will conclude with a second meditation on that topic and time for questions and discussion.
These meditation classes are open to everyone, regardless of your background and beliefs. They are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike and, although presented as part of a series, each class is self-contained – so you can drop in any time. Everybody welcome!
