Take 15 minutes to reset your mind in the middle of a busy day.

Our lunchtime meditation classes include a guided meditation and a simple explanation of how to maintain a peaceful mind in everyday life. These sessions are designed to help you relax, reset and recharge before heading back to work.

No previous experience is needed and you’re welcome to drop in at any time. Feel free to bring your lunch and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee after the class.

She has a warm and kind nature, and her teachings are inspiring, light, and practical. Through her own example and experience Sheila shares how we can develop and deepen our inner peace by integrating Buddha’s teachings into our family, work, and busy daily lives.
