“When we die, our mind has to leave this present body, which is just a temporary abode, and find another body, rather like a bird leaving one nest to fly to another.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

The one thing we all know for certain is that we are going to die, and that we do not know when this will happen. If we are to live without fearing our death, we need to understand what happens when we die and how we can prepare for our death in a positive way. This understanding enables us to bring great benefit to our friends and family when they die, which is the kindest thing we can ever do for them.

Join us for this day course and hear precious teachings on the Buddhist explanation of the death process, how we can prepare for our death and how we can help those who are dying. Living with an awareness of death leads us to a more meaningful life.

Everyone welcome.
