Sat 27 April | Keeping Your Cool | with Thomas Tozer | 10am – 1.30pm | Kensington
Develop inner cool through meditation and learn to accept and grow from whatever comes your way.
Patience is an inner strength that enables us to accept and grow from whatever life throws at us. Without cultivating acceptance it is easy for anxiety and frustration to take hold, and it is difficult for us to stay relaxed and enjoy harmonious relationships with others.
In this Half Day Course we will explore meditations and advice from Buddha’s teachings, which are practical methods for solving our daily problems. Through improving our wisdom we can effectively work to change things for the better from a place of peace rather than from annoyance or anger. By using these methods in our daily life we will develop an inner peace that cannot be disturbed by changing conditions.
Join us in learning how empowering and liberating true patience can be!
Everybody welcome.
