Due to last minute cancelations we now have one single en suite room available and one twin/double room with shared bathroom.
Experience the deep relaxation and inner peace that retreat brings in the tranquil environment of Thornby Hall, the historic country house, which is home to Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre. The beautiful meditation rooms, extensive gardens and comfortable accommodation provide ideal conditions for retreat.
Gen Zoma will guide the retreat using the meditations from the book, Mirror of Dharma with Additions following Gen-la Dekyong’s recent commentary on how to meditate effectively based on some special oral teachings that she recieved directly from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Cancellations: Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the retreat will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations up to 1 week before receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made in the seven days immediately prior to the retreat.

Gen Kelsang Zoma is the Resident Teacher of KMC London. She is a Buddhist nun, and has been studying and practising meditation and Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 25 years. She is dedicated to helping others discover the benefits of meditation and the teachings of Buddha. Through Gen Zoma’s warm and light hearted example, she shows us how to apply these teachings in our daily lives to improve our happiness, wisdom and well-being bringing benefit to ourselves and others.
