When it comes to our physical health, there is a lot of knowledge and information available about our body and how to take care of it. To a large extent we know what to do, and we do what we can to keep physically well.

However, when it comes to knowing and caring for our mind, generally things are not so clear. What is our mind and how do we care for it? How do we develop and maintain a balanced, relaxed and comfortable mind?

In this series we will explore the nature and function of the mind. We will explore how to take care of our mind through this understanding and practising meditation.

Through understanding the nature and function of our mind we will be able to care of it better. This will have many benefits including becoming more present, becoming able to harness the power of our mind and being able to fully enjoy our life.

Everybody welcome.
