So often, we sacrifice our future happiness for the sake of our immediate emotional impulses. Whether it’s staying up late scrolling on social media, snapping at our partner, or worrying endlessly about things we can’t control, we easily fall into habits that leave a painful inheritance for our future self.

In this practical half-day course, discover how to reverse this pattern using Buddhist wisdom and become the kindest friend your future self could hope for. Learn how to make choices that lead to lasting happiness rather than continued frustration and dissatisfaction, let go of stress and other unhelpful mental habits, and create the causes of happiness tomorrow by developing a peaceful mind today. Everybody welcome!
