On this half-day retreat, we will enjoy a morning of special, guided mediations with the power to make us feel good. We will also learn how we can take these good feelings with us into our daily life, so that when we finish our meditation session we can remain happy and peaceful, with good feelings, all the time – even when life gets difficult.

Rian Torres has over 20 years’ experience of meditation and study. She has successfully completed many meditation retreats, and has studied under a number of senior Kadampa teachers. Rian is admired for her infectious enthusiasm, sincerity, and love for meditation, and she presents meditation topics in a way that is practical, joyful and inspiring.
