Traffic jams. Delayed trains. Difficult colleagues. Criticism. Disappointment. Life gives us countless opportunities to become frustrated, irritated and upset. Yet however justified these reactions may feel, they rarely make us happier or solve our problems.
In this course, we will explore practical Buddhist methods for developing patience—the ability to remain calm, positive and constructive when things do not go our way. Through learning the art of acceptance, we can stop wasting energy fighting reality and instead respond to challenges with wisdom, confidence and inner peace.
Discover how patience can transform everyday difficulties into opportunities for personal growth, stronger relationships and lasting happiness. Everybody welcome.
