Do you ever find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about future decisions, or struggling to switch off at the end of the day? In our fast-paced and hyperconnected world, many of us spend so much time lost in our thoughts that we lose touch with the natural peace of our own mind.
In this public talk, discover simple meditation techniques and timeless Buddhist wisdom for letting go of overthinking and cultivating a peaceful, focused mind. Through a special meditation on the nature of the mind, Kadam Lucy will explain how we can step back from the constant stream of our thoughts, reconnect with the natural clarity and peace of our mind, and learn to carry this experience into every aspect of our daily life.
Everybody welcome!
