Discover how authentic self respect, self esteem and self-acceptance can be the firm foundations of peace of mind, happiness and well-being in everyday life.

In a world that constantly encourages comparison, achievement, and perfectionism, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who we are. With the constant noise of social media, societal expectations, and the pressure to “keep up,” it can be hard to find peace within ourselves. As a result, it’s easy to lose sight of the most important relationship we’ll ever have: the one with ourself.

In this meditation day course with Kadam Lucy – which is suitable for everyone – we will explore meditations and insights for daily life, to help us to connect with a deeper sense of well-being that opens us up to a new way of experiencing and relating to ourselves.

Instead of relating to our perceived faults and limitations and feeling stuck in habits that undermine our well-being and self-esteem, we begin to relate to the truth of our potential for deeper inner peace, genuine happiness and growth, our true self.
