Letting Go of The Past | Saturday 14 December | 10.30am – 1.30pm | With Vaida Jankauskaite | Kensington

£25.00

£25 | Free for Members | Concessions available

We can’t change the past. However, it is possible to heal the impact it has had on us ever since. Whether it’s a falling out with a friend, a difficult period in our lives, the mental and emotional wear and tear of the last couple of years, or unhelpful habits of mind we feel stuck in, we can heal, move beyond, and become free of all of these.

In this course, we will learn meditations and wisdom insights – that Buddha taught – that reveal how we can all heal and let go of the burden of the past, and discover our innate freedom and potential to change.

We will learn how to live fully in the present moment, from a deeper and more stable experience of peace of mind, genuine happiness and inner resilience. In this way, we will discover how it’s always possible to make a fresh start in our lives, and move forward with a renewed sense of direction, hope and optimism about the future.

Everybody welcome.
