Seeing Things as They Really Are
4-week October course

Week 1 – 7 Oct: Why is real happiness so elusive?
Week 2 – 14 Oct: Who am I really? with Mark Budd
Week 3 – 21 Oct: Seeing beyond appearances
Week 4 – 28 Oct: The freedom of letting go

Because most of our stress and mental pain actually comes from misunderstanding ourselves, other people, and the world around us, Buddha taught how, by seeing things as they really are, we can steadily free ourselves from these.

In October we will explore Buddha’s wisdom teachings to see how a deeper understanding of reality really can transform our daily experience, allow us to let go of limiting beliefs, and develop a stable source of peace and happiness.
