Building Inner Strength| Four Week Course

True strength comes not from force but from the ability to remain steady and clear in the face of life’s challenges. This meditation series explores how to cultivate resilience by calming a restless mind, restoring trust in yourself and the world, and overcoming the inertia that holds you back. We will also deepen our sense of purpose and learn to protect our mental well-being, designing a life of greater focus, motivation, and inner peace.
