How to Develop a Daily Tantric Practice: Integrating Tantra into Daily Life

Receiving Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments is the beginning of a profound spiritual journey, but many practitioners wonder what comes next. How do we establish a daily tantric practice amidst the demands of modern life? What practices should we be doing, how long should they take? And how do we integrate them with our Sutra practice?

In this special 6-week course, designed exclusively for those who have received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments—especially those who attended the Kadampa Summer Festival—Kadam Lucy will answer these questions and provide clear, practical guidance on how to establish and maintain a daily tantric practice. Week by week, she will explain how to integrate Highest Yoga Tantra into our daily life, both in terms of practicing a regular tantric sadhana and maintaining our practice amidst our daily activities.

By developing a stable daily tantric practice, we will solve all our daily problems, benefit countless living beings, and progress swiftly along the path to full enlightenment.

She is a senior teacher of Kadampa Buddhism, has taught extensively in the UK and USA, and helped set up many thriving meditation centres since 1981. She is a leading expert in meditation and is regularly invited to teach courses around the Europe and the United States. For many years, one of her main jobs was to help with the editing and production of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books, and she has engaged in extensive meditation retreat.
