In this half-day course, discover simple meditation techniques and timeless Buddhist wisdom for letting go of overthinking and cultivating a peaceful, focused mind. Through a special meditation on the nature of the mind, we’ll explore how we can step back from the constant stream of our thoughts, reconnect with the natural clarity and peace of our mind, and learn to carry this experience into every aspect of our daily life.

Joe is an enthusiastic meditation teacher who presents teachings in light-hearted but clear and practical ways.

He is a Croydon local who moved to Plymouth, and has returned to share his passion for meditation. He has been teaching a regular class in Plymouth but jumped at the opportunity to come and teach back in his home town!
