Heart Jewel ~ Learning the Daily Practice of a Kadampa | Day Course with Kadam Lucy | Sat 24 Oct | 10.30am – 4pm (Online)

KMC LONDON
London World Peace Temple

1A Ashridge Way, Morden SM4 4EF

What does it really mean to be a Kadampa, and how can we turn Buddha’s teachings into a way of life?

Kadam Lucy will show how to develop an effective, accessible practice that combines reliance on Je Tsongkhapa as our Spiritual Guide and Dorje Shugden as our Dharma Protector with meditation on Lamrim, Lojong, and Mahamudra. Together, these form a simple and complete framework for practising Kadampa Buddhism every day.

Perfect for anyone wanting to go deeper, establish a regular Buddhist practice, and use meditation to transform daily life. Suitable for newer and experienced practitioners alike.
