Carla Meditation London

Carla de Freitas is a student on the Teacher Training Programme at KMC London and has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for many years. She is known for her ability to convey Buddha’s teachings with warmth, clarity and humour, and for her example as a modern Kadampa Buddhist who integrates Buddha’s teachings into her daily life.
