“The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra” is a profound explanation of a special sequence of Highest Yoga Tantra meditations that lead to the accomplishment of the union of great bliss and emptiness, ultimately resulting in the attainment of Buddhahood, or full enlightenment. These transformative teachings are rooted in an unbroken lineage of wisdom and compassion, offering a direct path to realizing the ultimate nature of reality.
Venerable Geshe-la says, “Eventually, through practising Mahamudra meditation we will be able to benefit each and every living being every day. There is no greater meaning than this.”
This one-day course provides a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in these extraordinary instructions and deepen your understanding of Mahamudra meditation. With clarity and practical guidance, you will be introduced to profound methods that allow you to overcome distractions, cultivate inner peace, and experience the limitless potential of your mind.
Whether you are new to Mahamudra or wish to enrich your existing practice, this course offers a precious chance to connect with authentic teachings and gain inspiration for your spiritual journey.
