Experience the deep inner peace that comes from a concentrated mind.

Life can be hectic and overwhelming; it’s easy to be “on” all the time without ever taking the time to be quiet and enjoy a simple day of rest and recharging. This is a wonderful opportunity to take a break and enjoy half a day of silence, meditation, rest and reflection. This retreat will include guided meditations on the breath using the very simple yet profound mantra; OM AH HUM, the mantra of all Buddhas. There will be 3 short guided meditation sessions to help lead the mind to a state of deep concentration and peace. There will be breaks to read and contemplate in silence.

To get the most out of this retreat you might want to have a day or morning of silence. You might like to keep your phone switched off so that you can really let go of distractions and focus on the teachings and meditations.
