Everyone wants to relax, but normally we don’t know how to relax effectively. Often our methods of relaxing – reaching for our smartphone, going out for a drink, exploring London – leave us feeling even more tense, agitated or exhausted than before.

To really relax, we have to know how to let go of all the mental turbulence that disturbs our day-to-day peace of mind. On this short retreat, we will have the opportunity to do just that – we will learn special, simple meditations that enable us to let go of all our stress and mental busyness, and enjoy the relaxation of a quiet, still and peaceful mind. That is real relaxation.
