Introduction to Tantra | Sat 7 Sept | Day Course in Morden with Gen Kelsang Zoma & Half Day Course in Kensington with Thomas Tozer
These days, many people talk about Tantra. But the real meaning of Buddha’s tantric teachings is subtle, and easily misunderstood – it is for that reason that the mysteries of tantra were previously passed on in secret from accomplished master to disciple, largely by word of mouth.
This course offers an unusual and precious opportunity to uncover the secrets of Buddha’s tantric teachings, which are rarely taught publicly. In this course, we will learn how to use tantra to solve our daily problems, such as anxiety and frustration, transcend the limitations of our body and mind by developing a new body and mind – the body and mind of an enlightened being – and transform our ordinary, impure world into a pure world that is free from suffering. We will also learn how tantra enables us to transform our enjoyments into pure spiritual practices that lead to lasting happiness for ourself and others. Everybody welcome!
